Highly experienced in the world of public speaking, Carole Spiers is a dynamic, passionate and entertaining presenter who, over the past 20 years, has travelled extensively to fulfil speaking engagements and inspire audiences over five continents.

A Vice President of the International Stress Management AssociationUK (ISMAUK) and member of the Professional Speakers Association, Carole’s experience in Stress Management consultancy, training and counselling in commerce and industry have provided her with a wealth of knowledge, anecdotes and stories, with which to energise and entertain her audience.

Carole is also the author of Tolley’s ‘Managing Stress in the Workplace’ – a comprehensive guide to stress management published in May 2003 by LexisNexis UK - and is a regular contributor to periodicals, trade and professional journals, as well as the national press.
