JUSTIN HUGHES is Managing Director of Mission Excellence, a team of ex-Red Arrows and RAF fighter pilots now bringing a unique perspective to the business world. As an after dinner speaker, Justin offers a fascinating insight into the workings of the world’s premier formation aerobatic team including some highly entertaining anecdotes.

After starting his career as an 18 year old Army Officer, Justin subsequently joined the Royal Air Force, becoming a ‘force commander’ on the Tornado, qualified to lead any scale of mission in any theatre, and was selected for the Red Arrows. He flew over 250 displays worldwide and was the Deputy Team Leader and Executive Officer.
