Kevin Mincher is the preeminent Success Coach of young people, teaching audiences in Europe and America how to achieve their self defined goals. In 1994 Kevin graduated from high school at the age of sixteen, while gaining double the national average grades. He gained a Btec National Certificate in Business & Finance from Thomas Danby College (Leeds), and he received the highest F.A. Preliminary Coaching Award ever given by his assessor. As an apprentice professional soccer player with Sheffield United F.C., from the age of 16 to 18, Kevin competed against young elite performers such as Michael Owen and Emile Heskey. He scored the winning goal in the F.A. Youth Cup game that qualified his team to play against Liverpool at Anfield. In 1996, Kevin coached the young athletes at the Sheffield United and Bristol City ‘Centre’s of Excellence’. He later trained male and female sports teams (U9 thru U19) from New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Hawaii, and Auckland (New Zealand). In 1997, Kevin founded his human performance research and coaching company, KMU Ltd. Through KMU he consulted with numerous executives including the senior management team of VUE (a division of NCS), and the CEO of a London recruitment company. He also closely advised two professional soccer players (who won ten MVP awards), the teachers and students of more than twenty public schools, and numerous private clients. Kevin has coached more than 4000 people worldwide recording results such as ‘sustained weight loss’, ‘increased academic awards’, ‘tripled financial earnings’, ‘eliminated personal fear phobias’, ‘destroyed smoking addiction’, and ‘repaired personal relationships’. He has presented seminars sponsored by British Telecom, Chamber of Commerce, Club Motivation, Cost Technology, Doncaster Curriculum Partnership, the Education Development Association, Multnomah Athletic Club, and Ultimate Goal. In 1998, Kevin launched a British Government initiative to promote out of school learning. One year later he received praise from ‘Her Majesty’s (School) Inspectors’ for helping to increase standards at Adwick School. In 1999, Kevin was the ‘Lead’ in a Pearson Television pilot TV show. He was a co-writer for the ‘Making It’ video produced by ‘Fern Studios’ (in association with the Chamber of Commerce). He wrote, co-produced, and presented ‘Teem Talk’, a self-help audio CD (in association with Ultimate Goal). And, was interviewed by ‘The Business’ magazine, a national publication for young Entrepreneurs in the U.K. Kevin’s uniqueness lies in his ability to lead young audiences (ages 14-26). He has life experiences, standards, and skills exceeding people twice his age. His ability to communicate his knowledge effectively, and maintain rapport with young people is unparalleled. In January 2000, Kevin co-founded the success-entertainment company, Wyzrd Corporation. Through Wyzrd he heads the design, scripting, and presentation of positive media content for international audiences.
