Lawrie McMenemy is a very experienced public speaker, specialising in management motivation, a theme addressed at numerous corporate conferences, including: -Reuters, Hewlett Packard, Sema Group, Lloyds Bank, IBM and The Royal Mail. He has appeared on The Michael Parkinson Show, Wogan and Call My Bluff and has written two books, "Diary of a Season" and "Lawrie McMenemy’s Book of Soccer". Lawrie is heavily involved in charity work, he is a Patron of the Alzheimer’s Disease Association and works with Scope, St Dismus Society, N.S.P.C.C, Autistic's Society as well as the Romsey Hospital Appeal and Rose Road Children’s Appeal. He is also on the committee of Outward Bound. His other hobbies and interests include golf, tennis and the theatre. The Guinness Book of Soccer facts ranks Lawrie among the twenty most successful managers in post war English football.
